Some Information for our international guests:

In our Bed & Kitchen 'Goldene Krone Thurnau' we offer you 6 guestrooms, furnished in a modern way but still with historical charm. In addition, there are two eat-in-kitchens, fully equipped, with TV (satellite). Free WLAN (wireless internet) is available in every room. The Margareten- and Fire-Place-Room (with an impressive view of the thirteenth century castle) can be rented as a closed apartment, consisting of two bathrooms and the upper kitchen with direct access to the breakfast balcony.

We are located in the centre of Thurnau, at the market place, directly facing the Castle of Thurnau. The shops for daily needs (e.g. bakery, green grocer, newspaper or butchers) as well as the tourist sights, all are in walking distance.

In the summer time you can enjoy our garden with a sun terrace and a little stream passing by.
